My videos won't play. What do I do?

This could be caused by any number of variables. Start first by refreshing the page. If the video still doesn't play, please clear your browsing data. NOTE: Clearing cookies may log you out of anything you are currently logged into in your browser, so be sure to save any incomplete work before proceeding.

To clear your browsing data on a Mac:

  1. Press Command+Shift+Delete. This will open a dialogue that allows you to select which data to delete. Depending on your browser, you can also navigate to the main menu in your browser and select "Clear Browsing Data", or equivalent.
  2. Select cookies and cache items. It is not necessary to clear browsing history or passwords.

 

To clear your browsing data on a PC:

  1. Press Control+Shift+Delete. This will open a dialogue that allows you to select which data to delete. Depending on your browser, you can also navigate to the main menu in your browser and select "Clear Browsing Data", or equivalent.
  2. Select cookies and cache items. It is not necessary to clear browsing history or passwords.
