What if I need to reschedule my video consult?

We understand events come up, and you may need to reschedule your health coaching appointment. You can do so by logging on to your account, and clicking on ‘Coaching’ at the top of your screen. You will see that your scheduled consult appears on this page under ‘Upcoming Appointments.’ For this appointment, go ahead and click ‘CANCEL’. This will send a notification to your health coach letting them know you have cancelled the appointment.

 

If you are ready to reschedule it, go ahead and book another consult from the calendar on this page, however if you are not yet sure when you can meet, you can come back at any time to reschedule. Your health coach will be in contact to be sure you are able to reschedule.
