Can I do these programs along with my current workout routine?

We recommend that you discuss this with a health coach. Most often, we would suggest that you allow yourself to focus most of your attention on your Telespine program as you are healing your back or neck. Other physical activity could cause more strain and impede your progress. However, each individual is different, and we would recommend asking a health coach if your other workout routine is complementary to the program.
