Can I do this program along with my current workout routine?

Discuss this with your health coach. Most often, we would recommend that you allow yourself to focus most of your attention on this program, as you are working to heal your low back. Other physical activity could cause more strain on the low back and slow down your progress. However, each individual is different, and we would recommend asking your health coach if your other workout routine is complementary to the program.
