Can I do this program along with my current workout routine?

Discuss this with a health coach. Most often, we would recommend that you allow yourself to focus most of your attention on this program as you are working to heal your low back. Other physical activity could cause more strain on the low back and impede your progress. However, each individual is different, and we would recommend asking a health coach if your other workout routine is complementary to the program.
