If you don't feel you have the time needed to do the exercises as frequently as suggested, do as much as you can. It might take you longer to feel the benefits, but even partial participation is better than none.
The exercises should not take very long to complete each day. If you are worried you don't have time to complete them, be sure to talk through this with your health coach in your first video consult. Health coaches are here to help create a plan that will help you to be as successful as possible.
