While the program is designed for exercising three times a week, you will still gain benefits even if you only do the activities twice or even once a week. It might take you longer to feel the benefits, but know even partial participation is better than none.
The exercises should not take very long to complete each day. If you are worried you don't have time to complete them, be sure to talk through this with your health coach in your first video consult. Health coaches are here to help create a plan that will help you to be as successful as possible.
