Take Telespine with you! If possible, try to continue your exercises while you are away. As long as you have internet access and enough space for a yoga mat, you can do the exercises anywhere. Traveling can be hard on the back with long periods of sitting still, carrying luggage around, and stiff airplane seats. Your back will thank you for the exercise and stretches!
If you know you are going to be traveling when you start the program, bring this up in your first video consult. Your health coach will help you develop a plan that will help you to be more successful and flexible during your Telespine program.
