If this is your first time logging in and you receive a message about "invalid credentials", it is possible that you might be using the wrong partner portal to log in. In most cases, the correct URL will be "[partnername].telespine.com". To verify:
- Go to the email inbox that you used to register for the program.
- Open the 'Welcome to Telespine' email.
- Click on the link provided and try logging in again.
