We serve many clients, and each one has their own login page. If this is your first time logging in and you receive a message about "invalid credentials", it is possible that you might be trying to login in the wrong spot. To find your access portal:
- Open the 'Welcome to Telespine' email you received when you first registered for Telespine.
- Click on the link provided and try logging in again.
If that still doesn't work, try clearing your browser data. More info on how to do that here.
