How do I start a coach consult on my smartphone?

Telespine uses a new video conferencing service that does not require one to download anything or run a separate app.

In order to connect with your coach, first login to your Telespine account (via your benefits portal or login site). Next, navigate to the "Upcoming Appointments" section at the top of your home page. From there, you just need to select "Begin Session" and it will launch you into your call. Your coach should join within moments of your entering the consult.

While this service is supported by all major browsers and devices, it is possible an older device our outdated browser version might not be supported. If you have difficulty connecting with your coach, send them an instant chat and they will help guide you.
