How do I start a coach consult on my smartphone?

We use a secure communication platform called Zoom to host our coach consults. This ensures optimal video and voice quality, as well as your data privacy and security. At this time, it is necessary to download the Zoom app on your smartphone in order to take advantage of all the features of a coach consult. To do so:

  1. Go to your phone's app store (Apple or Android) and download the ‘ZOOM Cloud Meetings’ app.
  2. Next, go to your web browsing app (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and log into your Telespine account. 
  3. Navigate to the ‘Coaching’ tab on your dashboard and select ‘Begin Session’.
  4. You will be redirected to the Zoom app where your consult will begin once the coach is connected.

Should you have difficulty downloading the app or connecting, please be sure to start a chat or send an email to your coach letting them know if you'll be late or need to reschedule.
