How do I use my smartphone for a coach consult?

To access a scheduled coach consult using your smartphone:

  1. Go to your app store (Apple or Android) and download the ‘Zoom’ app.
  2. Go to your mobile web browsing app (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and log into your Telespine account. 
  3. Navigate to the ‘Coaching’ tab on your dashboard and select ‘Begin Session’.
  4. You will be re-directed to the zoom app where your consult will begin once the coach is connected.

Should you have difficulty downloading the app or connecting, please be sure to start a chat or send an email to your coach letting them know if you'll be late or need to reschedule.
