To access a scheduled coach consult using your smartphone:
- Go to your app store (Apple or Android) and download the ‘Zoom’ app.
- Go to your mobile web browsing app (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and log into your Telespine account.
- Navigate to the ‘Coaching’ tab on your dashboard and select ‘Begin Session’.
- You will be re-directed to the zoom app where your consult will begin once the coach is connected.
Should you have difficulty downloading the app or connecting, please be sure to start a chat or send an email to your coach letting them know if you'll be late or need to reschedule.
